I just achieved my Christmas break fitness goal. I went from 3 chinups on Christmas to doing 10. Just 14 more to do until I reach my high school record amount.
Just to run consistently. So far I'm failing. I went running a week and a half ago on Thursday and again on Sunday, but not since then. Hopefully I'll go tomorrow.
It's easier with a running buddy, purely because it's harder to back out. Good luck with running.
Personally, I'm waiting for warm weather, but also waiting because I want to go back to chin ups and pull ups and haven't really figured out where I can do that.
