Question: Financial constraints aside, where would you most like to live?

Despite all of its flaws I REALLY love the USA, so my dream place would be in the US.  I've even considered moving to the US Virgin Islands, and with no financial constraints, I'd seriously consider doing it.  Granted, I've NEVER been there, but it SEEMS pretty awesome.  I'd probably choose St John, as it's the least developed of ther islands.  The
