My digital camera. I knew that they existed in 2000, but they were out of price range. I love taking pictures, and I love instant gratification. I got my first digital camera in 2002, I believe it was, and I can't imagine not having one now. I take *so* many pictures, never have to wait, and never have to pay. It's fantastic.

Actually, when I think about it, it's a tie between my camera and livejournal. This site is as central to my internet experience as anything can be. I've used it constantly since I started my first journal at the beginning of 2002. I remember that one of my friends had one in 2001, but I didn't give it much of a thought back then. Now, I'm seriously hooked.
