Utilities and stuff

There's really no reason to round off the rent since we'll be group paying utilities anyway and they never come out right. Am I right in that we'd be sharing:
1) Telephone
2) PG&E
3) Cable TV
4) Broadband

Anything else? Water, garbage?

Could we further discuss Cable TV tonight? Everything else is affirmative, including water, garbage, and gas. There's a special on DSL currently that is a sweet looking deal.
