May 12, 2005 06:40

Two entries in such a short time! But I thought it would be nice for you all to know what our new phone number will be: 481-2846. This will be effective Monday, May 16. Maybe we ought to have a weekly task on the household calendar as a reminder, or work out for just one person to have that duty.

We have a bulletin board that we will be bringing along, and we can put a note on there saying "Thursday is Trash Day," or make it a pretty sign.

After I can remember when Trash Day is, I usually have a system of going through the house picking up trash. I wouldn't mind being the one to remember.

As for picking up trash around the house, I do that on a continual basis anyway. I only pick up obvious trash, like empty food containers and bottles/cans for recycling.

Yeah, I'm talking about making all the rounds of the trash cans throughout the house. The picking up of trash left anywhere (or just not leaving trash anywhere but in a trash can) is definitely an as-you-go kinda thang. :D

I have a wireless phone for the living room, that has an answering machine built in, and another phone for my room.

481-2846 = it 1 bug o

481-2846 = it 1 bug o

heheheh...When the guy was giving me choices for phone numbers (he gave me two) I looked at the phone a second to see if the number spelled anything and couldn't do it in the two seconds it took to just decide on the first one he gave me. The other choice was 481-1809. I think I also liked the number combo "2846."

It will be easy to remember "it 1 bug o." :D

0's and 1's don't give any options.

481-1809 = it'11 t0w

:D
Also, it could be "it'11 t0y."

...yeah, that doesn't work for me like "it 1 bug o" does.

Ooh, yeah, I like the + pattern.

And then the cheer:

"2-8-4-6...I'm calling for some cake mix!"

Yeah, I noticed the + pattern (and the religious connotation) when I was making up the mnemonic.

2,8,4,6, give me another furpower fix!
