Got rid of my SV 650 S and bought a 99er TL 1000 S . I really love the V2 Engines :) It has down 11000 km and some nice aftermarket parts on it already like a tailskirt, lower fairing, black windshield, polished rims and a really nice BOS Carbon Exhaust System which sounds really badass

I can't say I'd care for the color, either; it'd look like I was riding a banana. But it looks like it would be a blast to ride.

Ahhh, the SV's older and meaner brother. LOL. Used to own a '99 TLS myself. Definitely love the torque of them V-Twins.

Catching up a bit on old posts, but congrats -- I looooove the TL1000S. If either of you have info to share, drop me a line. :) I hear they're a little more upright too, which I've always preferred. As I mentioned earlier I ended up with a Triumph recently -- in no small part because TL's are nearly impossible to find locally... and because I've had suzukis since the dawn of time and wanted to try something different, but I'm sure I'll wind up going back some day, hehe).
