i don't think its that we would pleasure ourselves with our teats......because we can do that any way with a dildo, and we still like sex(and men, for the most part). i think that its because of the fact that we walk up right and have arms so that we can sit up right and hold the young to our chest rather than most mammals that walk around on four legs and have to lay on their side to nurse.
