Eee! What are you doing in San Francisco? Having fun, I hope.

You must go to Pier 39 and see the stinky but cute sea lions. Also go to Ghirardelli Square and have a huuuuge ice cream sundae. DO NOT eat Italian food anywhere near Haight-Ashbury -- there was a huge piece of plastic in my friend's lasagna.

Go across the Bay on BART to Berkeley and walk up through campus to the Botanical Gardens -- a must-see this time of year. Also hit Amoeba on Telegraph Avenue for used CDs -- be sure to browse the huge bargain bins. If you want to see the sleazy shack I used to call home, on your way back to BART, walk down Channing from Telegraph toward Shattuck. Right across from the intersection with Atherton you will see a dumpy brown building. There are fleas inside!
