yeah so this went unbetaed and didn't really turn out how i wanted it to, but i've been working on it for too long to care anymore. have fun with it... ps i like this pairing a lot so i'm probably going to write more of it.
Fans didn't think they were a couple. Perhaps that's the part that made it so easy for them to be together and not kill each other. Oh, they certainly had their share of fights, trials and tribulations, as does everyone. But they somehow always managed to get through them. They just worked together, those two. Eli and Kibum. They complimented one another.
It had all started one night on accident, afterall. Eli'd never done anything with anyone before (that's why he liked well-behaved women - or had said that he did) but there was something about Kibum that attracted him and got him going unlike anything else ever could. Eli hadn't really ever had anything liking men. He realized for a while that he definitely didn't only like girls and Kibum and Kevin and Alexander and Dongho and Soohyun were constant reminders of that. Especially Kibum.
After practice was over, everyone was gone on back to their homes, everyone except for Eli and Kibum. Eli flirted heavily with Kibum - and Kibum wasn't dumb, he got it. But Eli needed extra work on his dancing because he was really screwing up on this one move. There wasn't time for play. Kibum would say that at least. Regardless there was something inside of him that made him want to abandon practice and just go on and flirt with Eli - it was so easy to do afterall.
So Kibum had given him a break, and on the break, instead of just going to get water and coming back like he normally would, he took a sip of his water bottle and went to sit on the couch in the practice room, motioning for Kibum to come over to him. There wasn't any verbal cues or anything, just a motion, and when Kibum sat down next to him, Eli swung his arm over the other's shoulders, watching him with a stupid grin. Kibum rolled his eyes at that and shrugged his shoulder, only halfway trying to get Eli to let go.
It was only then that Eli's eyebrows perked up. He was giving in to something that he'd been curious about for a while, "Can I kiss you?" he asked. And Kibum pushed him.
"Don't be an idiot,"
"I mean it," Eli protested.
"You're not even gay." But Kibum knew better than that. Anyway, what did it matter if he was gay or not? he'd asked him if he could kiss him.
Eli didn't wait for permission, instead, he took that as the chance to seize what he wanted, and he all but attacked Kibum, the two ended up laying entertwined on the couch. Thank god practice was technically over and they were all alone. Eli's lips pryed Kibum's open, and Kibum's lips were as eager and hungry as the rapper's.
That incident was what they referred to as an accident. And the times after that, at Eli's house, at Kibum's house, again in the practice room, those were all also accidents. With those accidents, more accidents happened, like the night that Eli admitted that he'd accidentally 'slipped on a kiss and fallen in love'. Or something like that. It was an accident, gaining feelings for Kibum, honest it was.
The two of them, Eli and Kibum, lay in bed that night, chests heaving, feeling like they were on cloud nine.
"I only ever wanted you," Kibum murmured. Seemed like words that Kibum would never say. "I don't know what it is that you do to me, but I like it,"
"I like it too," Eli was quick to reply. It was clear that he liked it. From the day that they'd finally kissed, Eli had known that he was going to fall for Kibum, but he didn't ever let that be voiced. Not until today.
"I want no one else but you," he started, feeling a little silly because that sounded like the beginning of a stupid song. "... I'm falling in love with you, Kibum." He'd said it and it all seemed like it happened in a flash - at least, in that moment.
Kibum glanced over at Eli. He pushed him, as he had before. And with that he rolled on top of Eli and pressed a hard kiss to his lips.
"I don't want anyone else but you." he whispered, in return, into their hot kiss, "... Let's go for another round."
