What kind of diet do you need for MS? I know a thing or two about going from unhealthy eating to healthy eating.

Basically no/low fat, low dairy, no processed foods I think. I know that once I start I can't eat any red meat at all for the whole first year. It'll just be hard and sometimes I have NO willpower!

One of my friends went on the MS diet after her Dr. recommended it, but I don't know how well it worked-- she did it for about a month, lost a lot of weight, and started eating normally (note that she was scrawny to begin with, so weight loss was not an okay side effect for any treatment plan). Otherwise, though, it seemed like something she could kind of get the hang of. Maybe take babysteps into the diet? Like, cut one thing, then the next, etc?
