Gender: Girl!
Sexual preference: straight
Age: sixteen going on seventeen

Western Zodiac: gemini!
Likes: food, sleep, tea, the sun, good movies, good books (and hopefully long ones), many kinds of music, manga, anime, relieving stress by being creative, piano, ballet, photography, writing, singing, helping out others (donating & volunteering), cooking, spending time on the computer, the outdoors (to an extent), sports cars, doodling, laughter, Monopoly, card games, friends, family, daydreaming, window-shopping on occasion...(i enjoy looking at nice clothes, shoes, etc., but i am definitely not a mall rat/shopaholic by any means.)
Dislikes: spiders (ugh), mosquitoes, most bugs, intolerance, selfishness, lies, catty behavior, overemotional people, controlling people, cowardice, constant bigheadedness, people that are way too aggressive, waiting in lines for too long, owing people money, political arguments/arguments that become political, racism, sexism (includes gender roles), extremism in any form.
Strengths: piano, spelling skills, writing and vocabulary skills, cleverness, good listener, willing to help others but not at the price of ignoring myself entirely, mediator/peacemaker, easygoing attitude, hard worker when motivated, stays relatively calm under pressure (until it's excessive/late at night), my frankness = honesty with tact, spontaneity, pretty accepting of others (within reason), thinker, stays true to self, and I am told I am an extremely nice/sweet person. I also get the word "cute" thrown at me a lot. :)
Weaknesses: procrastinates when not motivated, tends to be disorganized (according to conventional organization methods...>_>) inferiority complex at times, superiority complex at other times, passivity in the classroom (i forget to speak and just concentrate on listening, but other times I am afraid to give out a wrong answer.) not thinking before I speak, impulsiveness, occasionally bottling things up, impatience
Hobbies: piano, ballet, school (heh, it's true...i am a student after all), family activities, singing
Talents: singing, piano, ballet, spelling remarkably well, amateur grammarian, and for some reason animals are attracted to me...
Personality in three words: clever, sensible, independent, friendly (ack, i know, it's four...i couldn't resist!)
For yourself...
Leader or follower: i can be both, but i usually just go my own way if i am not leading, whether my way is following the group or not.
Aggressive or passive: i am somewhere in the middle. it also depends on situation/people. for one, i'll obviously stand up for what i believe in, but i really try hard not to be an @$$ about my beliefs, even if i vehemently disagree with others'. there is a time to be both passive and aggressive.
Outgoing or reserved: outgoing around good friends, and i get more reserved as closeness in relationship decreases.
Love or lust: love
Share feelings or bottle them up: eh...i don't really know. i'd say i keep more to myself than most people my age, but this doesn't mean i'm passive-aggressive. i just choose not to share sometimes. other times, i do. depends on where i am at the moment.
For your ideal partner...
Leader or follower: someone like me in this area.
Agressive or passive: in the middle, like me.
Outgoing or reserved: a little more outgoing
Love or lust: love!
Share feelings or bottle them up: please share? not all the time, of course, but he should feel free to share whatever, whenever.
Favorite Fruits Basket chapter/s or episode/s and why: Anime: um...ep 16 because the first time the gang go to an onsen is just too cute. Especially with Yuki giving Tohru those ribbons...aww. Then there's the one where Tohru first goes to the Sohma house and talks with Hatori. Dramatic and an awesome first look into Hatori's past. The episode where we meet Momiji's mom and Momo. Heartbreaking, that one. The second episode where Yuki gets acceptance from Tohru and a promise to be her friend in case Hatori does erase her memory of him. Touching. (There are so many that I liked! I'll stop here.)
Favorite Fruits Basket character and why: Tohru, even though she is naive and not very book-smart, she is extremely kind (almost to a fault), independent, forgiving, internally strong, very mature for her age, accepting...in short, she has many admirable qualities. Then it's Yuki.
Traits you are looking for in a partner: honesty first and foremost. loyalty next, then compassion, intelligence...i'm too tired to think of any more, but there is more.
Traits you dislike: dishonesty, disloyalty, constant shallowness, bigheadedness, callousness, stupidity
Describe your ideal first date in detail: he and i would go on a casual outing to the movies, then enjoy walking around afterwards because the theatre is in an entertainment complex or next to a mall. this would give us time to talk about the movie, then get to know each other a little better. (lame, but i want to get this over with.)
Anything else? not particularly. i'm tired right now.
