Our original Brownie troop #504.We are all aged 6-7. Three of this group stayed involved through high school senior year. Troop #498 joined us in seventh grade and also lasted the duration. Wow! What an amazing opportunity! I didn't have that type of bonding experience in my youth, I can only imagine how cool it was to meet up again after all that time! I'm so glad you had the opportunity and that it was such a great time!

These Girl Scout photos bring back fond memories. Sadly our Cadettes leader was not so accepting of the 2 Jewish members in our troop. Girls all quit scouts after 8th grade because the Cadettes leader was so uppity and intolerent.

You were so lucky to find good friends through Brownies and Girl Scouts. I hated Brownies, I was never the kid who was included, always the one who was excluded. I didn't stick with it for longer than a year. Meeting with old and good friends was a perfect reason to take a strike.
