So they are related to you. That brings up so many questions. Very interesting.

What sort of questions?

There are apparently means to communicate with them, but I'm not ready to discuss those details yet.

I'm assuming the bit about their origins came from or was confirmed by your parents. The question is, are their intentions as good as they say they are? How long have they been hanging around you? And what's the Bad Thing in Astor? Just because they're dead doesn't mean they won't lie. Doesn't mean they will lie either. Be careful about it.

Which just brings up the fact that no. You're not crazy. I still have the Ouija, if you want to see what they want.

Honestly Jane, you have no idea what a relief it is for me, to have people confirm my sanity. (I realize that may sound sarcastic. It's really not. I'm serious.)

Shirley suggested to me that she felt something not-right about that Ouija board. But that may just be a Shirley thing, I'm not sure.

No, it came under /very/ mysterious circumstances. (No return address on the package, and a few other things in the package that were kinda scary without being scary.) But it might be the only one that could properly do the job, too.

And honey, I'm doubting my /own/ sanity over this whole thing, and I don't have a personal stake in it, I'm sure that it must be so much worse for you!

The fact that so many people have been witness to related events is something of a comfort, really.

You know, this reminds me of a lot of Chinese myths and stories about ancestor spirits. I mean, clearly they aren't your ancestors, except they kind of are, in a way not so commonly thought of.

But spirits aren't always benevolent, and they may not be or want what they say. I'm just down the hall, bao-bei (at least when you're in your dorm).

I know. I'm hoping what I was told is true, or that the person this information was told to wasn't being lied to.

No, it's alright, as I was more trying to protect your privacy than anything else. I wasn't sure how you felt being associated with this.

I'm not comfortable going into the details on a journal, but we can talk about it.

Ohboy.

Let's keep this short and sweet: I'm being haunted. Don't tell Ron, it would blow his mind. And I'm not crazy. Okay?
