just as an idea, because of the way our court system works, a lawsuit is probably not the way to go. Since its a scam, and they know theyll lose, the opposition would drag it out in court until YOU ran out of money to pay your lawyer. Then, youve wasted your whole summer in a non air conditioned courtroom, and paid all of your money over the past x amount of years to some lawyer, a corrupt and greedy breed of people if Ive ever seen one. Youd help society more by donating half of what youd pay in lawyer fees to a homeless guy.

If you really feel like taking the law approach, just prosecute them, or at least pretend to. After they get convicted, you should get your money back.

We're going to try and prosecute them I think, because we dont' think they're a "real company" but we'll see. Andy's dealing with all of that stuff, so I hope him and his uncle will do the best job they can.
