1) i also started liking duke because christian was pretty, so i hear you. and it's a similar thing for me in that, while i loved those teams, i was never anywhere near as invested as i am now.
2) again, totally agree. now, more than ever, they're real people to me. i've been so all up in their stuff this year... i feel like this is my team, more than any other could possibly be. i think twitter has a lot to do with that as well, because we "see" parts of their everyday lives now. DBP helps, too ( ... )

Butler did fight hard and it was an amazing game. I seriously freaked when that guy threw the last shot and it almost made it. But in the end, Duke won. :)

I cried so hard with this win, this program has been "my boys" since the late 80's, with Hurley, Laettner and Hill being close to my heart.
