I'm so with you on Lois. I don't like the character. I think it's really unbelievable that Lois and Clark are now "meant for each other" when for seasons they had next to no relationship, not even a love/hate one. And I don't like the actress' portrayal!

ugh.

Yeah, I agree. I thought the show was supposed to be about his life before he reached his full potential. So having Lana in the show was obvious, no matter how much she annoyed me, too. But pulling Lois in long before she was supposed to be there? Ugh. It just bulldozed over everything they created with Chloe, who I can't wait to come back.

Shows I don't watch:

-I keep hearing intriguing things about PLL, so I might give it a little more time to see if it lasts, and then give it a shot.
-I don't really care for Shonda Rhimes version of storytelling (example: grey's anatomy), so I'm not sure I'll like OTM. I may have it on to see Zach Gilford, though, I love him.
-Ugh! Why does Gale have to do cheesy shows? lol I don't know about this one, but I'll keep it in mind if I come across it.

Others:

Being Human: You know, I think it's really good. It might take more than one episode to feel connected to the series, so maybe take in another episode or 2, and if you still don't like it, then it's not the show for you.

NCIS: It's nice that it's the kind of show you can just watch in random order and mostly still get the same feeling. It's a fun watch.

YAY! TV!

I think I missed out on the last post so: HI HI HI HI HI HI HI. HI. HI. WELCOME BACK. HI.

HI HI HI!!! :)

Doctor Who: You make me want to get back into this. I'm so scared of Eleven and Moffat and all of that, but I looooved Nine/Jack/Rose so if I can get a similar dynamic again, I'm all for it.

I can understand being scared of a whole new cast, but I would give the first ep a chance. They don't become a threesome until later in the season, but it's kindof awesome how it all comes to be. And they're going into a second season with the same cast, which is a first for this show in the newer seasons, so it can only get better.

Being Human: I only watched the first season, but it sounds like I should pick it back up again? What I don't get is why they're doing it WHILE the original is still on. I can understand adaptations after a show is over, but wahuh? I still love the original, so I'm not going to bother with the US version at all. As for picking it back up again, I can't really say, because I haven't watched much of season 2 ( ... )

I really enjoy Eureka, it's just nice fluffy viewing where you know you'll be entertained for an hour. I love Jo and Zane, and I do like the AU, I just don't know if they're going to stick with it, so I don't want to get too attached to it.

FNL has just been amazing, you're in for quite a treat in season 5.

Aww, I love seeing fellow NCIS-love, I don't really see a lot of it. I think the new, more personal storylines are more meaningful because we've been with them for so long and they seem fresh because they never really touched on this stuff before. But they need to give McGee more backstory!

All those shows and we only share two...Glee and H5O. I feel exactly the same way you do about Glee, there are some amazing moments, and then something will happen that makes me want to hit something. It's weird.

I'm digging H5O a lot. It's a good show, and the characters are good (and the title music still rocks) and I think it has a ton of potential.

I am watching NCIS LA, because, well I love Chris O'Donnell.

Also, I so so SO agree with you about the Wire. Honestly that show just stays with you, and it sucks that it never got the recognition it deserved!

You might want to try Empire Boardwalk on Netflix. At first I thought I wouldn't like it, but it ended up being pretty darn good.

LOL, out of all of those, only two? Either I watch too much TV, or you don't watch enough. I'm going to go with the former. :P

Glee is, like you said, frustrating. They do a couple of things right, but the rest is SO bad and it blows me away that it wins awards without having, oh, good storylines or characters. lol

I tried NCIS:LA, but only the pilot, and it didn't grab me. It may be a show that I end up watching after it's over, because I enjoy a good procedural as long as the characters are good.

The Wire: Exactly, it stays with you. I still can't shake it, and it's been almost 2 years since I saw it all.

Oh, Empire Boardwalk! I *did* watch that, I just forgot it on my list. It's one of those shows that I think could've been better, but was still pretty damn amazing as it was. It was a little slow, but it picked up toward the end, and the acting is out of this world.
