LOL, in the series, Gaara is something of a psychotic, dangerous, breathe-wrong-and-he-may kill-you sort of guy. So naturally, the character on his forehead would be 'Love' XD;;; Nyahh, but he's got his reasons and a tragic past, like any good anime character, and I luffles him #^o^#
