here sharing with u what I know on how to cure an obcession
basically we obcess bc we need to be in control
only when in turn it on turn control us
and we regcinize it as a problem but we can't help it
I learn that one method that works for me would be process of elimination
and so if we eliminate what we do we willbecome empty handed
we must find a replacement! To fill that void
and hang in there bc it takes us at least 7 days to get use to the new deal
so get u self ready make plan what is it that u can replace fir shopping?
Then execute your plan know this u have me kazu backing u up
