→ Sugar is alarmingly like its trainer in Pokémon form. It's mischievous and a little malicious, likes to fool around and play tricks on people and Pokémon alike, and is rarely, if ever, serious. So long as its trainer continues to do things relevant to Sugar's interests, Sugar will remain obedient. As soon as it gets bored, though, all bets are off.
It is, however - unbeknownst to Niou - deeply loyal to him, and tries to emulate him as much as possible, which is the real reason behind their having so many similarities.

→ Takeru is a ~*~mysterious~*~ Pokémon. It keeps to itself, rarely reacts to the provocations of the rowdier Sugar and Gidget, and obeys its trainer only occasionally. Most of the time, its actions are completely inexplicable. However, it has found a fondness for communicating through the network and tampering with video feeds, and so often indulges its trainer in those areas.
As it's come out of its shell more, Takeru has proven to be... kind of a dick. It communicates with people via the network fairly often, and has shown even more of a flagrant disregard for its trainer's wishes, and a pretty ridiculous superiority complex when it comes to humans.
Niou double-evolved Takeru in May with an Upgrade and a Dubious Disc purchased at Goldenrod's Department Store.

Who knows what that means.

He spent a lot of his time and attention training her in battle and behaviour, but he doesn't spoil her the way he does with Sudoku. Still, she almost bumped the big cat to the back burner. Luckily, Sudoku's not the jealous type, or Niou would be in trouble.
