Well, there was that concert that aired on tv not too long ago. The people who were there or watched it on tv got all of their energy zapped from them. No one can be 100% sure, but it might be related to that Joker guy. So there might be people running around doing crazy things in the name of the Joker so they don't lose their wishes and I don't want you to get hurt. He gets people to do really stupid things.
