I overplayed that entire album (Old World Underground, Where Are You Now?). If I hear a single track from it (including Succexy), I feel slightly nauseated.

Anyway, this one was a gift. Probably not what I'd have chosen, currently I'm coveting the new Feist album (Let it Die).

I have that Feist album. You should get it. All the songs are great. And I don't think it's an album one gets sick of easily. I've also been listening to a lot of Esthero these days. Yay Canadians! :D

Henry Darger! He's an awesome creep. I haven't seen the other film, but, judging by your enthusiasm, I'm going to have to watch it.

I think it's pretty great. though low budget. it has lots of subject matter that interests me greatly (e.g., photographer-subject relationship and also rural poverty)

I have a copy of a Stars album somewhere around here...a friend sent it to me, also was not mad about it...but last week I was in a shop on the HELL that is Oxford Street, and they were playing it and I thought: "I've got to dig that out".
