I haven't seen Memoirs of a Geisha, but I think we all knew it was going to suck. What else can be expected of an American movie about Japan whose three main characters are played by Chinese actors? What a world, what a world. Was it at least pretty?
I was generally unimpressed with the film, all around, and it was just reasonable attractive. Also vaguely annoying that the audience was comprised mainly of people who had come to see it as it was the ONE book they have read for pleasure in the last decade.
Anyway, it was ok for entertainment and didn’t make me want to die or anything.
I pay invoices for the city. Sort of like data entry. Drab, especially since I have an MSc from an Ivy league Uni (sniff sniff). But dang it, I have massive bills!!
When you want a job, go to a temp agency, they’ll sort you out.
