I think it was around 2017 where I came from, and our technology seemed at least a little more advanced than it is here.

Of course, if we're from different worlds entirely, the two years probably don't mean much when you compare them, probably.

I don't believe in coincidences. We might be from the same world, or if not, very similar worlds, since we use the same calendar system. I suppose it's not anything I couldn't have realized before, but...

... hearing this makes it dawn on me. This place, Memento Eden, raises considerable questions as to the nature of reality and space-time continuum itself.
