Well, I didn't exactly meet the dragon... I just kept sneaking over to visit her. *grin*
OOC: Thanks! ♥ Wow, that makes me think maybe I should slap a title on it and post it in my fic journal! Maybe on Sunday. Gonna be gone a couple days :)
Our parents always want us to be safe, sometimes at the risk of keeping us too protected.
I do believe, as little as I remember of them, that mine were the same - unless my father was in his cups and wanted me to practice with Excalibur. Perhaps if he'd done it more, I could have lifted it from the ground when I had need of it.
But that's a long time ago, and we all have our strange thoughts of childhood.
A dragon? A real dragon? *blinks* I've only seen them in stories. The greeks were rather fond of them, so I grew up wishing they were real.
I sometimes think if my head weren't in the clouds so much, I might make a better leader.

*laughs, rubs hand through hair*
It's good to see you around, Anakin.

You're as modest as a Jedi; from what I've seen you're an excellent leader.
*nods* And you, Arthur.

Padme??? But you're -- you're not -- you feel different in the Force. You're not... you. *confused!*
