It was interesting. It reminded me of Lost: the diversity of characters with a common theme uniting them. And also - fat Japanese person aside - they are all normal everyday people

A president that could fly...? Today my mom said something like "X will happen when pigs fly" and I told her that in the not-too-distant future, we probably could genetically engineer a pig that could fly. She gave me her "oh quit being such a 17yo" look and told me that making a pig that could fly would be such a waste of resources and time, which is probably true considering that it would be probably end up in a hot dog anyway...
Yes, I am. Damn, I took great care to make sure I didn't put him down as Chinese when he was Japanese. (I'm always careful never to mix the two.) Oops.
Fat Japanese guy gets no love! D: Hiro is cool. I only saw bits and pieces, but he's cool, cos he's the 'benevolent' one, who actually wants to use his powers for a cause, and is close to the comic book heroes he idolises. Something about that I find admirable.
Only thing I don't like: Radio One today is going mad on "Yatta!" which is like "Yay I did it!" in Japanese...I hope it doesn't turn into a craze, it's already used enough by annoying teens in places. ¬_¬
