I agree... except I am the other way around... since being in Duabi I have been eating so healthy (or maybe that is because they don't have salt N viniger chips here)

Ages ago you asked me about my heart rate when exercising. It is mostly around the 80-90 mark, sometimes goes up to about 110. If I do those hill climb programs it stays really low but I use a lot of calories. But if I do interval I use less calories but higher heart rate. Do you know whats better?
You are 2000 calories under? Is that cause you want to bulk? Better not tell me you haev been half starving yourself!

Some people believe that if you are able to keep your heartrate midrange between rest and cardio (about 120 for me.. this might be about 130 for you)...for 30+ mins, this will burn fat rather than calories. Apparently the difference is minimal and it is suggested to keep the exercise at a higher intensity to bur more carlories and get the cardio exercise as well.
Hill climbers/stair climbers are less cardio..this is why your heart rate wont elevate much while do it, but you will feel the burn in the muscles. If you wanna do cardio (exercise your heart) use a treadmill and go for about 15-20 mins as hard as you think you can for that timeframe. To generally burn fat, it is good to do both exercises on seperate days. stepper to build your ass muscles so you are burning more calories in your day to day life. Cardio (treadmill) to burn off the extra calories you ate that day. This make sense?
