Vegetables are filling, they have fiber, vitamins and minerals, all that stuff. That's not a good enough selling point for most people. How about they'll help with your weight loss! THanks for that Catherine. Im totally adding this to my memories. I'm planning on doing number one of the lean out plan for my breakfast/lunch and then number 3 for dinner :) the lean out menu just sounds better/yummier at least to me

well i didnt complete the 1 but i just had a chicken breast with a cup of cooked spinach for lunch...only negative is that i had some small cookies. But I fasted for 23 hrs... I'm planing on not having any more sweets today those cookies were my one sweet for the day. and the past three days ive been doing "fasted"cardio
