I woke up energized this morning!! Fed the dogs; let them out for their bio brake; water the flowers; got dressed in sweats & Powerwalked 3 miles. It took me an hour though. I think it was the humidity and the rain. Thank God I brought my rain jacket and wore my straw hat ( Read more... )

we've been slapped with a heat wave...112 yesterday and 100 yesterday. SF saw 85*! and the only central air i can find is when i go food shopping...

i never feel like i've had much of a summer...the only playtime i've really had is when the bf and i went to the haight on the 4th. i hope to take a couple more days off before he goes back to school (he goes to college of marin ...) and also mom is coming out the last weekend of august so i'll have some playtime then.

oi. sometimes i wish i could take the 3 months off for summer like i got as a kid....
