My personal preference is for the elipitical trainers. Low impact on the joints, but a good workout. And set to the right incline, they can give you one firm tushie. *grin*
Haha, my Mom and I call them torture devices too!! I know what you mean about not knowing how to work them....I always feel stupid if I cant figure out how to adjust something and stuff....but once you go a few times, you reallt get used to it!!
