Not to mention most anime the last couple of seasons haven't been worth paying attention to, anyway.

The only ones I've watched lately are Soul Eater (stopped at episode 26, couldn't keep up, but it is rather pretty) and Mononoke (13 episodes! I can do that!).

I think you'd enjoy Mononoke, its a thinking person's show, not to mention lots and lots of eye candy.

(and if you like musicals, I'd make you watch Zuka, too XD)

But I wonder if I'm alienating myself by being so antisocial with fandom :| But I'm not going to work hard to foster good relationships with people I don't enjoy being around.

Sai, I know what your problem is. You suffer from something called intelligence. The prescription is watching TV until your brain rots. Then you can squee along with the rest of the morons who don't have two brain cells.

Oh, if only we had the same fandoms. I like intelligent discussion so.

Haha, I'm going to make enemies with this post...

I don't mind squeeing, but at the same time I don't get along with the majority of fandoms.

The Zuka community is actually probably one of the smarter, more mature fandoms I've been privy to, but all the same I feel like an alien.
