That's true that he doesn't have the "leadership" to be like Pi, but thinking about it, NEWS haven't really thought of Pi as a leader all that much, since he really doesn't do anything... XD

As for Jin, I think that Yama is physically starting to become more like Jin, similar hairstyles and such, but I'm not quite sure about the attitude yet. I think we'll have to wait another year or so before figuring out Yama's development!
