Back from China

Things got a bit crazy after uni finished with moving out of halls and going to China, all at once. It's good to be back, a month is more than enough.

China was hot, as expected, but it was nice to see my relatives again. Some I hadn't seen in 7 years. My grandfather died two months ago, and my uncle died at the beginning of the year, so the visit

Woah, I knew that China had heightened security because of the Games, but what you say about the banners and all is... fascinating. I can't see any other country doing that; less of all mine! xD

LJ and Facebook are blocked?! For some reason I can't really imagine something like that! How does it happen? A message appears telling you that it is blocked or it just doesn't appear? O__o

I guess trying to find a way to enter those websites anyway would be quite dangerous... O-O

No, they just won't appear. I tried accessing LJ through a proxy. It seemed to work at first, but then it got very slow and weird so I gave up. I was quite surprised that LJ and Facebook would be blocked since they seen pretty harmless to me.
