The price of education

I just went and checked my study loan debt. It's something I haven't thought much about since the Swedish student loan agency is known to be fairly lenient on payback policies. Luckily I don't need to start paying until 2010 so I still have a year's breathing space, but once it starts I hope I have a steady job...

Eeek. Isn't there a minimum earnings requirement on Sweedish student loans? I mean, in the UK you have to be making over 15k before it kicks in..

You can apply for a reduced amount, down to 5% of your yearly earnings so I guess it's not too bad, but I feel reminded of why I should be earning money. X)
