Went and looked around Sheffield uni on Saturday... Only took 3 hours in the car, passed in style due to my Super-Funky Mix CDs of Tenimyu, Gravitation, Patalliro Saiyuki, Gakuen Heaven and the like...

Anyways... I loved it~~~! ♥

The town was fun - even had its own mini-Forbidden Planet about 1/200th the size of the London one~! ^^ And a ( Read more... )

Yeah, Loveless confused me too. Heck, it wasn't even the last episode. XD But the fact that they kissed in the first episode was good, because most BL drags it on a bit. XD

Yeah, I know... Loveless kind of had an understandable plot at the beginning, then never answered any of the mysteries it set up. But what the hell. Plenty of Ritsuka/Soubi-ness justifies it in my book ^^

PS - have you watched Sukisho? If so, you should probably watch this... I'm currently suffering severe breathing difficulties because of it... ^^

I live in Sheffield! :D I keep meaning to go look round Forbidden Planet, seen as I discovered it two months ago in the Yellow Pages...

I didn't know that ^^ Forbidden Planet in Sheffield is tiny tiny, but they have some manga, which always earns points in my book.

If you come down to London sometime, you should visit the one there. It's super-massive. And has loads of Doctor Who stuff and random cult stuff as well as anime & manga etc...

Nooo! You don't want that Forbidden Planet! Its crap! You want the Space Centre! Granted its in the complete opposite direction XD;

They have much much more manga (just about every title currently available in English, including back issues) and import stuff like artbooks and plushies from Japan T_T They're my saviours.

Glad you like Sheffield though :3 Its certainly my favourite city XD

It is kinda tiny... But it had Tenipuri manga, so that's always a plus ^^ If I go to Sheffield, I will definitely learn the good manga shops, but given I was only visiting I just happened upon FP... Space Centre sounds great though 0__0 Plushies~~! Even in the London FP they don't have plushies... Although they have a lot of manga, especially the new stuff...

Ah well... I'm glad I liked Sheffield so much, now I won't be disappointed so much if I don't get into Oxford, because I love my second choice~!

I just hope I get into Sheffield... 0__0

Thanx for having me this weekend. I had so much fun and I loved watching all your anime especially screaming over Atobe (Tenipuri version) and Katou Kazuki.

I listend to the CD you made for me on the way home and I loved it!!!

Hope you have good work experience ^.^ Im sure you will have fun!!!
