Good luck on translating. Sounds like tough work. ;-; If they're classical... then would the words be a bit different compared to modern times? o.o?

Thanks, I need it (;_____;) Quite a lot of the words are different, but more than that its the grammar which is COMPLETELY different - all the endings change and they have all these weird cases and whatnot. Also in true Japanese style the story doesn't have anything remotely resembling a plot, it's just ramblings on the human condition. So even when you translate it correctly it makes no sense XDDD Ah well.

Yeah, it just takes a while to update/check LJ and I'm so exhausted all the time. I'm trying to make sure I spend some time on every other day though, just to keep up with everyone's lives :D

Nope, not a formal dance but yeah a formal dinner XD We basically just go and eat with the LGBT society of another college and then have some sort of party afterwards. There were only about 15 or 20 of us in total so it was kinda small, but it was fun. Their formal dinner was a bit crap though - they didn't have to wear formal dress or gowns and the food was really weird. At Selwyn formals even the waiters are all in black tie and it's really really posh XDDD

And the big news isn't THAT big or newsy... I just really want to tell my real life friends directly (for some reason, God knows why) so I can't write it on LJ yet. But soon. XD
