This is brilliant and looks like a manageable size too. Yoinking it for my BaCC :)

I do prefer compact lots! The parking lot is about 1/3 of it, so if you are savvy with Lot Adjuster you might even be able to make is smaller. :) This just seemed like one of those places you see in a suburb or on the edge of town so it made since it would need a parking lot.
