I guess I could give some kind of actual update again, since I've mostly been using Plurk and just bouncing around pictures and such on here ( Read more... )

I was wondering who that Kovu belonged too... And can only assume 'fuzzymaraca' was taken.

You like that bit they used from The Producers where Timon and Pumbaa are fighting in the cave?

Pumbaa aside, all the new journals get recorded on my muse list once they're made, and all new muses are added immediately. XD So if you're ever confused and suspect me, just have a look there. :P

My Kovu is from right after Rafiki's oh-so-very-special song, so...fuzzymaraca or any variation of it would've been too light-hearted for him. Though every time I see my Kovu journal "One of Us" gets stuck in my head. >.> Also? He's probably on his way to Paixao, if Jen drops someone to app Kiara.

...Wait, which bit? I didn't catch it.

Oh God, Upendi. You're going to get that horrible song stuck in my- Ffffff. Too late.

... Days of our Lions, damn it. DAYS OF OUR FUCKING LIONS! Plus, wouldn't that be difficult with Scar and all? I mean, they'd have to interact. Kovu might not be Scar's son but still... STILL.

Right when Simba walks in and Timon has Pumbaa screaming "Fatty, fat, fat!". In the Producers when Max and Leo are fighting Leo starts screaming "FATTY, FAT, FAT!" before jumping on top of Max. "Give it to me! Give it to me!" is replaced by "Say it! Say it!".

... I swear, I am not crazy.

Actually I've got that covered. Since Scar doesn't really change at all throughout the entire movie (as much as it might seem he does), I'm just going to shove him back eeeeeeever so slightly on canon point so that there's no chance Kovu could've been born, or that he could've known Kovu would be born. This way, he won't be surprised that Simba's grown up (just that he's not dead like he's supposed to be), and when Kovu tries to talk to him he's going to ignore the younger lion completely. Kovu will be pissed as hell, but that way they won't interact at all.

And yes, I remember that part now! Except...The Producers was 2001. That was the one that took the line, not the other way around. XDD
