Not so much a word for it but a way for expressing it more in a retarded way.
Using this 〜 usually indicates such a thing.
And I use it all the time in my class and my teacher goes nuts.

last week I had to sit at lunch with my friend's American roommate, who was trying to learn Japanese from said friend. "Oh my god this juice is so ohh eee sheeee." I cringed so hard. My friend next to me noticed my cringing and nearly loled.

Supposedly my pronunciation is spot on. Last weekend I yelled HISASHIBURI at someone and she was like IUHFDSUYHFDSI WAS THAT YOU?! I THOUGHT IT WAS A JAPANESE FGUYDGyUdisfdskf

I have since then stopped yelling hisashiburi at people D:

My favorite is when people accidentally say kowaiiiiiiiii~~~! instead of kawaii. LOL kowai yaoi ramune baka pocky desu ne~i?
