I was researching on how to register my company and thought it was gona cost me a bundle since all the sites I found were expensive... then I went to ca.gov. and downloaded the form myself. it is so simple. and I was going to pay someone $200 to fill this out *rolls eyes* rip off. Its $70.00 state filing fee and no lawyer costs. Hahahaha... I
