nice! where did you get the chainmail kit? a friend's husband made some chainmail with scales and it's amazing. I used to love making little stuff like chainmail wristbands.

- find a pipe the diameter of the rings you want. - drill a hole in one end and stick the wire in. - start turning the pipe to coil up the wire until you've filled up the pipe. - snip the end that you stuck in the pipe, slide the coil off. - go down the coil snipping each ring off. they're all the same size.

now i just need to find a nice place in US so shipping isn't as much! shipping was a 1/4 of my whole cost!!!
I would like to eventually make my own rings in the future. but we'll see...

this is what I used to do back in the day ...
