well that was a very frustrating rehersal , i got some great character work done with my actors, but there was way less of them there then expected, We are starting to fall behind in all departments, costumes, set, acting , Im less worried about the actign then all the rest of the things , the producer for the show keeps dropping the ball , and

I wish you a "gros merde" for the play. Were I there I'd show up and help just for the hell of it (emphasis can often be on the 'hell' in theatre). I hope you find what you're looking for from your actors and etc. If we get a chance to come down to see the play it would be grat to see you again.
