Apparently I've had it for awhile and I suppose the symptoms start to add up. Change in appetite, feeling tired all the time, never wanting to do ( Read more... )

This is probably no help at all but I can relate to everything you just listed above minus the anemia & the diagnose. You can't really say, "Well Kim I hope you feel better," because things don't work that way. But I'm thinking about you.

Hey Kimmy. Just letting you know that if you needta talk to me about things, I'm hear for yah. Plus, I've been on just about every medication for depression/bipolar, so if you're ever wondering anything about that, I can probably help.

As for the counselor... I thought the same thing, and still do a little bit. The first counselor I saw was just really quiet and asked me the same questions over and over again. It ended up pissing me off every time I saw her. So I stopped going, then later started going to another. And although I can't tell her everything, I actually enjoy our time together. If you get a choice, I would recomend Jackie Wilkerson at Lewis Gale. She's real cool, and treats you like a person, not a patient who has money.

One more thing... question everything they wanna put you on. Doctors can do some fucked up things.

I wish I had something witty to say, but I can't quite muster the energy. So I'll just remind you that I love you, and I'm always here for you if you need me.
XOXO
