I am going to Saskatoon on Friday. I am feeling better about leaving and missing the funeral. Cory told Scott's wife Lindsay and she wants to get together with Meagan and I before we leave. So Scott is dead, and mostly I feel sad about it all the time. Today was hard. It was super hard to be nice and cheerful to all the people at the dance festival. I'm feeling okay, but sad. And in the back of my mind there is Scott Scott Scott. He went on a holiday to the Dominican Republic and was in an accident. He got hit by an RV when riding a mope head. Right now he is "brain dead" in Vancouver. They are waiting for his family to be there to say goodbye, and then they'll pull the plug. I feel sort of ( Read more... )

I started my spring break by hurting my back and working for the Opera. I would say that it has been very anti-climatic so far. Slipping down the Unchagah basement stairs and catching yourself in a bridge is not recommended by anyone, least of all me. So the last few days have been spent in a muscle relaxant haze.
