blah i'm sooo sick of school. i have so much work latley and finals coming up, and this is the time i am very ready to stop working. it sucks how that always happens. i wish finals were at the end of may or very beggining of june so we would have some school chill time. and it makes it even worse that i come home from school and my brother has just

a.) i cant find one
b.) people dont want to hire me because i wont want to keep working into the fall. and i feel bad lying about that then quiting.
c.) i dont know if i'm allowed to take off like 3 weeks or if i have to be around all summer.
d.) i dont know if i want to be so tied to a job all summer.
e.) i'm not very motivated.

a.) yes, that is a problem. it's a little late.
b.) i'm sure a lot of people quit after the summer's over.
c.) yes, that is a problem. many jobs don't want an employee who isn't there for 3 weeks.
d.) it's not that big a deal. and you're going to want some scheduledness, and chances are you won't be working THAT often.
e.) it doesn't seem like you have to be. just go somewhere, do what they tell you to do, and get some money.

and volunteering is nice, and it helps the community and everything, but then there's the money part. a job is much more convenient.

hopefully i can get a job volunteering at this animal shelter. although money is nice, its probably not as much of a commitment as a job. who knows, perhaps i'll do such a good job they will decide to pay me!
...maybe not.
