Over the past two days I've met three different foreigners from three different countries. The first was an American who's here on business, the second, an Australian engineer living here and another Phillipino who's working here too. The conversations, about work, differing attitudes and all were really interesting. Life could be so much more

I agree wholeheartedly. I struck up a 3-hour conversation with a New Zealander, who turned out to be a down-on-his-luck stand-up comedian, at a train station. The funny part was when we parted ways, we exchanged names, and had a cordial handshake, and never expect to meet again.
