The itch to write is present, but there is no subject...

I look and I look and I do not find anything.
I search and I search but I don’t see your face.
You smiled at me, didn’t you?
Back then, when we sat together, you smiled and kissed my cheek.
But I look and I look, and I do not find anything.

Nice! I really like the last line because it's introduced to us in a casual way - looking for something and not finding it. Lines 2 - 4 give us a short scenario that I think you wrote well in terms of giving enough details (you smiled ... we sat together ... kissed my cheek) in such a small amount of words. After you did that, the last line "But I look and I look, and I do not find anything" took on a more emotional feeling to it.

Sweet.

Thank you for your feedback! I haven't been active lately due to school, but hopefully I'll be able to write more over the summer :)
