a/n: I found this saved in my documents a while back but I wrote it about two years ago. I think I first meant for it to be a one-shot, but that didn't happen and so it's left unfinished. I'd rather have it out on the internet than let it continue to linger in my files though, so here it is. Also, if anybody is interested in reading the book I got the idea from, it's called Streams of Babel; it is a much better read than this, and I do recommend it. Also, lazy title and summary FTW. =)

The boy undid his belt and let his jeans slide down his legs to wrap around his ankles. His computer should have been booted up soon. He set a bottle of hand lotion next to the monitor and plucked two or three squares of tissue from his Kleenex box. He crumpled each of them slightly and scattered them on the floor around him. This should do it. He thought.

Junhyung was very particular when it came to work. He had adapted the habit of working in his boxers and he just couldn't concentrate anymore without having his favourite strawberry scented lotion exactly two inches away from his monitor. He pumped some into his palm and rubbed it in his hands for a while, then rubbed some onto his legs and boxers, then on his mouse. He waved his arms in the air long enough for the scent to fill the room, and then he was ready to work.

Although this does seem a bit suspicious, he's really not doing what you think he's doing. And when he's working, believe me when I say it isn't his shaft. Lately, he's been working steadily on a new program he calls Dog Leash. Junhyung was not your average seventeen year old boy, he was a seventeen year old computer hacking genius. And he thought it would be interesting to see what the kids at school were talking to each other about, or so he made himself believe.

Anyway, the deal with the lotion and pantlessness will be explained in about seven seconds...

He heard his mom chattering with some businessmen, most likely her North Korean buddies, over her cellphone outside in the hall. She shut her phone and the chattering stopped. “Junhyung, you ready for- dear God!” She shouted as soon as she opened the door.

Junhyung was now hovering over his screen, shielding what she thought was pornography which was actually just a bunch of code for Dog Leash. “What the fuck, Mom? Knock next time!” He shouted back at her. There is a method to the madness as they say.

She shut the door again and spoke to him through it. “It's eight in the morning sweetie, shouldn't boys your age have more self control than this?” She sighed. “Are you ready for school yet?”

A moment later, after Junhyung saved his work then tossed the disk into his bag and turned off his computer, he came out with his backpack hanging over his shoulder while trying to do up his belt. “Fuck.” He mumbled. “Yes, now let's go.” When his mother hadn't followed suit towards the staircase, he turned around to see her with a disgusted face on. “What now?”

“Maybe you should take a shower first, you still smell like your hand lotion.” She said quietly, almost as if she were worried somebody would hear.

“Hey, Mom.” He said, which caught her attention. “Who was the one who decided to send me to an all boys school? Just be glad I didn't have a guy in there drilling me in the ass, okay?”

That definitely shut her up. It wasn't that he enjoyed talking to his mother like that, his words were just naturally vile. And it wasn't like he was very happy to speak to her at all anyway, he knew what she did each day since he could hack into her agenda saved on her hard drive as easily as he could snap his fingers. He wasn't able to say he was particularly proud that his mother was working as insider intelligence for the North Koreans. Kim Jong Il was one crazy motherfucker, but it takes an even crazier motherfucker to go work for him.

When they pulled up to the curb of his high school, she broke the long thirty five minute silence with an “I love you, son.”

He looked at her and kissed her on the cheek. “Love you too, Mom.” Even if it didn't look like it, Junhyung and his mom had a really good understanding of each other. They both loved each other very much, but they weren't able to show it that well like they were in a normal mother-son relationship.

After he arrived at the front gates, the big-shot student body president and also his friend Doojoon was waiting there for him. “You jack off this morning or what?” Doojoon asked.

Junhung smirked with his classic half smile. “Why, good morning to you too.” He replied sarcastically. “What makes you think I jacked off?”

Doojoon chuckled as he began walking with Junhyung to class. “You smell like strawberries. A dude only comes to school smelling like strawberries if he wants to be kicked in the balls or show off that he was with a girl last night, which could also lead up to being kicked in the balls depending on who you were with.” Although Doojoon was meant to be the role model for the school, what with being student body president and all, he was pretty much just as bad ass as the rest of the students.

Junhyung knew Doojoon was actually right about that, but he was still missing something. “That doesn't explain why I potentially jerked myself off today.”

Doojoon pursed his lips while thinking and then smiled to himself. “That's easy, no girl in their right mind would want to fuck you.” His smile turned into a full blown laugh, a guffaw if you will, one that earned Doojoon a punch to the arm.

The two friends arrived at their first class; math class. Junhyung hated math, he remembered then why he had planned on skipping first block upon leaving the house. Not only did Junhyung hate the subject but he hated the teacher as well. Mister Shitfaced Shin they called him, obviously not in front of him though. But Shitfaced Shin hated everybody too, even if you did extremely well on a test, he'd still be a total ass about it.

Junhyung made a noise of displeasure, to which Doojoon noticed. “It'll be good for you to actually attend some of your classes.” Doojoon shoved his friend into the room and without another word, the two settled down into their seats.

Junhyung walked over to his desk and ignored his smiling seating partner named Hyunseung who greeted him with a bright “Good morning!”. Junhyung just slumped over the top of his desk, ready to take a nap that lasted through the class. But he felt his unnaturally paced heartbeat disrupt his attempt at slumber, so he sat up again and pulled a comic book out of his bag.

“Hey Hyunseung, you're going to the computer lab next class right?” Hyunseung's friend Kikwang asked, knowing that he had a free block.

Hyunseung glanced over at the boy sitting beside him for a moment, only to receive a nudge from Kikwang. Kikwang knew that he liked Junhyung, ever since two months ago when he first arrived at their high school and was placed in the seat next to him. But the guy wasn't a typically friendly person, so Hyunseung's attempts to get closer to him were only in vain. Hyunseung sighed. “Sure... I'll meet you there.”

Junhyung's ears tingled when he heard Kikwang bring up the computer lab and Hyunseung was going to be there too. Surely the two would use the school's online chatting system, this would be a great opportunity to test out Dog Leash, he thought. But he had English next block, he decided that he spoke English just fine and would just join the other boys in the lab. Junhyung smiled softly which Hyunseung noticed right away.

After an hour of Shin being his asshole self while doing the lesson, Junhyung made his way to the computer lab. He set up Dog Leash on his favourite computer terminal, number five, which also had his program called Blizzard installed. Blizzard was a program created so that the school or anybody else wouldn't be able to track what he was seeing or doing on his computer, he made a fine twenty bucks off of the teacher supervising the lab who payed him to upload it for him too.

He finished installing Dog Leash then retrieved his disk and put it back into the case. He waited for Kikwang and Hyunseung to hurry up and log in. “Bingo.” He said finally. Hyunseung was logged in at terminal twelve and Kikwang was at terminal seventeen. Hyunseung was sitting at the far, right end of the row of computers in front of Junhyung and Kikwang was sitting diagonally from Junhyung to his left.

Hyunnie89: sup , kwangie want a rematch with me at counter strike ?

B2STAJ: no, i did tho. and i still think u cheated! i want to talk to u about junhyung

Junhyung quirked an eyebrow, what did he have to do with anything?

Hyunnie89: babo. don't send his name, he's online. :(

B2STAJ: no he isn't... >.> i don't see him logged in as Joker89 anywhere

Hyunnie89: ah, you forget that i am an all powerful computer hacking genius ! kekeke. he has a program called blizzard up, so obviously you can't see him, but i can. oh and apparently he just installed dog leash... not sure what that is though.

“Holy fucking Aunt Jemima's pancakes.” Junhyung whispered to himself, eyes wide. He couldn't believe what he was reading. Hyunseung was a hacker too, what were the odds? And he was a damn good one at that, he must have an even better program installed that enabled him to crack Junhyung's full proof firewall. Junhyung allowed himself to be seen online by everybody and an icon in the corner of Kikwang's screened appeared that said “Joker89 has just signed in”.

B2STAJ: o i see him now. so much for your hacking skills. :P

Hyunnie89: he must have taken blizzard down temporarily... but anyway, why are we taking about him again ? o_o;;

B2STAJ: duh, cuz u like him u doofus

Junhyung subconsciously smirked. He enjoyed this thought for some reason... And for a strange reason, he felt the need to converse with Hyunseung now. Ever since Hyunseung arrived in January, he hadn't said two words to the guy. Junhyung decided it was because he wanted to make friends with another hacker. Most of the time, when Junhyung is frustrated with a new program he's having trouble with, Doojoon just stares at him blankly and apologizes with: “Sorry, I zoned out.” Junhyung double clicked on Hyunseung's username.

Joker89: Hey, Seung?

Hyunnie89: seung... ? ._.

Joker89: Yeah, if I could call you that.

Hyunnie89: sure. it's fine with me. wassup jun ? :)

The sudden casualty of calling each other by a nickname caught Junhyung off guard, but he sort of liked it. Occasionally, Junhyung would call Doojoon by just plain Doo. But he had to stop using it recently since Doojoon threatened to skin his little yellow ass if he called him that again.

Joker89: I had a question I wanted to ask you. You're a computer hacker right?

Hyunnie89: why do you ask ? O_O

Joker89: As a hacker myself, I just thought you might be one too.

Hyunnie89: you hack ? cool beans! you should show me your programs sometime. tbh I've hacked into your terminal a few times. btw, blizzard sucks, its way too easy to crack. I have a few ideas about how to fix that.

Joker89: Oh, have you now? How about you come over to my house after school and we can talk more about it? I'll meet you at the gates. See you there. ;)

If you had asked Junhyung to send a guy a winky face this morning, he would have punched you in the gut. But right now, he was more than willing to do that for Hyunseung. He felt that their friendship was going to last for a while. But then he remembered what Kikwang had written, Hyunseung likes him. Dear God, what did I get myself into?

He had invited a seventeen year old male with raging teenage hormones to his home, he remembered that Hyunseung had told him something when they first met too. “Neat, I'm two months older than you, Junhyung!” He was older too. Surely if things got out of hand, Hyunseung would be drilling his ass if he wanted to. Junhyung looked down at his body, there was no way in hell a non exercising computer geek like him would stand a chance against a well built, 6-pack owning Hyunseung. But Hyunseung was incredibly skinny too, actually, maybe Junhyung could take him... If he sat on him.

Later that day, after school, Doojoon had left for a student council meeting so Junhyung wasn't able to confide to him about Hyunseung. There was only one gate possible that he could leave school grounds and he was sure Hyunseung was already there. So his choices were to bring the boy to his house and be his bitch for the rest of the night or jump the wall. The wall was eight feet high and Junhyung lacked the eye-hand coordination to climb a tree and jump over it while still landing on his feet, despite his ability to type 150 words per minute. So obviously, a broken arm, leg or even maybe a concussion wasn't worth avoiding a seemingly harmless Hyunseung.

He sighed. “Might as well get it over with then.” He said to himself and walked down the hill towards the gate. He was surprised when he got there because Hyunseung was nowhere in sight. He felt more disappointed that Hyunseung potentially forgot about him than he did relieved. He decided to stay for five minutes to see if he would actually show up, and it wasn't like he had anything else better to do on a Thursday afternoon. What he hadn't realized was that the promised five minutes turned into a full fledged hour. One hour he was waiting for Hyunseung, one hour wasted because he really didn't show up.

Junhyung turned to leave until he heard a loud call of his name. “Junhyung, hey Jun!” He turned around and saw a sweaty Hyunseung running towards him. Hyunseung's hands fell onto Junhyung's shoulders from almost colliding with him from running so fast. Junhyung's lips curled into a half smile. “I am so sorry, I didn't forget about you but I forgot I had soccer practice today.”

Junhyung wondered why Hyunseung included that he didn't forget him, perhaps it was because he knew how long he had waited for the latter or that he thought Junhyung needed to be reassured for some odd reason. Junhyung didn't mind being reassured though, his self esteem didn't lower much after hearing it. But he also wondered why he was suddenly smiling. It could be for a number of reasons, that he really wasn't forgotten by Hyunseung, the way Hyunseung looked all sweaty and disheveled or Hyunseung's friendliness towards him. However, they all had to do with Hyunseung.

“Let's get a move on then.” Junhyung said, holding Hyunseung's hand while pulling him along.

A forty five minute bus ride later, the two arrived in front of Junhyung's house. Hyunseung noticed it was much bigger than the other houses in the area, he figured his parents must have extraordinary jobs to be in a place like this. “What do your parents do for a living?” He found himself asking.

Junhyung looked over at him, he considered the lies he could be able to tell Hyunseung. “My mom works for the government, political shit. You know.” He answered, half truthfully, in hopes Hyunseung wouldn't have any interest in these things.

But Hyunseung didn't lose interest, in fact this only garnered interest for him. “Really? Mine too! What department is she in? Both my parents are in MND, maybe they'll know her.” Fuck. Junhyung cursed in his head. Both of Hyunseung's parents were in the Ministry of National Defense, that meant that they would've had his mother's criminal file on record. Oh, they know her alright. As a South Korean traitor, God damn it.

“I don't know. I don't care very much when it comes to her work life.” Junhyung answered, again only half truthfully. They continued into the house and they heard Junhyung's mother bickering over the phone with someone in her room. “Mom, I have a friend over!” He yelled coming up the stairs, his mother quickly lowered her voice so that she would be inaudible to them.

Hyunseung obediently followed Junhyung into his bedroom but didn't take another step after entering. There were provocative posters everywhere on the walls. Provocative posters of women to be exact. They were on horses, cars and motorcycles all carrying their bosoms in their arms. Oh. Hyungseung thought. “I see you really like women.” He commented aloud, trying to make the word women sound less bashful than he already did.

Junhyung knew exactly where he was getting at with that, since it was obvious Hyunseung was homosexual. And considering he liked him too, it must have been quite a downer. “Oh, the posters? Eh... They're just there to keep my mom out of the room. She says they're demeaning to girls and can't stand looking at them all the time.” He explained. He could almost see Hyunseung's mood perk up again. “Seung, you just gonna stand there all day with your dick in your hand or what?”

“My what now?” He asked, surprised.

“Your dick. You know? Your schlong, your paddle, your parachute, penis, poetic loveliness...” Junhyung answered simply, trying to come up for as many synonyms for a cock as he possibly could.

“I know what it is...” He mumbled and sat in the extra chair next to the computer chair directly in front of the monitor. Before Junhyung sat down however, Hyunseung noticed him undoing his belt. “Wh-what do you think you're doing?!” Hyunseung shut his eyes tight.

“Oh, right.” Junhyung said, looking down at his pikachu boxers, now feeling a bit embarrassed to be even wearing them. “My mom is home. And if you don't want to be interrogated later about what we're doing huddled in front of my computer, I suggest you strip too.” Right after the words left his mouth, Junhyung began to regret it. He was pretty much flailing his junk in front of Hyunseung's face, just asking to be fucked.

Junhyung sat pantless in his chair and pushed the on button. Hyunseung reluctantly reached down for his belt. And because Junhyung had a good three minutes before his desktop loaded up, he took the time to watch him expectantly. Hyunseung noticed that he was staring as if he was trying to burn a hole through his jeans and suddenly stopped, feeling self conscious. “I'll just take off my top.” Hyunseung proceeded to take off his hoodie and then pull his wife beater off over his head.

Junhyung scanned the milky white skin, biting his lip nervously. Hyunseung definitely had a 6-pack, although not totally defined, a 6-pack nonetheless. Junhyung coughed uncomfortably while trying to look away. He jumped slightly when he heard a knock at his door.

“You boys hungry?” His mother asked. “I think we have a few chocopies left downstairs.”

“No, Mom, we're fine.” Junhyung replied back to her. He listened for her room door to close and inserted Blizzard into the disk drawer. Code then appeared across the screen. “Knock yourself out.” He said to Hyunseung, but he strangely hesitated and a loud grumbling sound surfaced from his stomach. Hyunseung flashed him an awkward, apologetic smile. Junhyung just smiled back.“... While I go cook us up some instant noodles.”

Junhyung left the room, leaving Hyunseung to work happily alone on the program. In the midst of typing in jumbled letters and numbers that would mean nothing to the average person, a pop-up appeared on the screen. It was an e-mail addressed to one nk-agentyong, who Hyunseung presumed to be Junhyung's mother as Junhyung was known as the Joker online.

From: mastermind-HQ To: nk-agentyong

Good work Agent Yong, it seems the swine in South Korea still didn't comprehend after the first bombing. We will need more of your intelligence and information on the MND in the future. But for now, the promised $50,000 will be transferred into your account by five pm this evening.

Hyunseung wasn't sure where to begin with this newly found information. It wasn't like he was an idiot, he knew full well that the message was sent from a North Korean spy, considering the initials in Mrs. Yong's email address and the reference to bombings. But before he could process it anymore, Junhyung pushed open the bedroom door and Hyunseung scampered to close the pop-up.

“How's everything going?” Junhyung asked while placing a tray with two bowls of noodles on the empty space of the desk.

Hyunseung stopped thinking for a minute to admire Junhyung's husband-like appearance, what with an oven mitt still on his left hand and a silly pink apron tied around his waist. And he can cook!Well, instant noodles anyway, but that's still a bonus for him since he knew Kikwang couldn't even boil water. A broad smile spread across his face with his doe-eyes stared lovingly at the younger man.

“What the fuck is wrong with you? You're creeping me out.” Hyunseung shook his head and was pulled back into reality. He noted that Junhyung was not, however, father material what with his language and unfriendly statements all the time.

“Nothing...” Hyunseung simply muttered, feeling his cheeks burning. But the thought of Junhyung's mother being a North Korean agent still lingered in his mind.

Hyunseung had been contemplating whether or not to address the matter with Junhyung when his train of thought had been interrupted. “Why aren't you eating?” Junhyung managed through a mouth full of steaming ramen noodles.

Hyunseung's face suddenly turned dead serious which worried Junhyung, so he set aside his bowl. “Your mom, she works for our government?” Hyunseung didn't hesitate this time, since it was bugging him like hell on the inside.

Junhyung coughed, startled by the sudden inquiry. He mentally slapped himself, of course he shouldn't have trusted this guy enough to leave him in his room by himself. Hyunseung had obviously done some snooping of his own.
