That's a very interesting article. And one of the things that makes it most interesting is that it is the scientists themselves who are doing these kind of introspective experiments and studies on their own community, in a sense, by looking specifically at women in science. I'd be interested to see studies related to other kinds of careers: the arts, financial institutions, software development, etc.
