As for the complaints, YES - do that. The nursing home did some egregious things, and never should have transferred her without the family's consent. And by family, I mean those who are NAMED as her health agent, not whatever family happened to be available.
I'm so sorry, as I've said before...but I'm grateful to hear you are getting the support you need from the hospice personnel.

I keep thinking about calling you, but it being the busy holiday season, I don't want to interrupt anything... but just knowing that you'd probably validate my gut reactions brings me comfort.
