He was a boy scout, he should know what poison ivy looks like.
He should listen when his wife says, "Don't mess with that stuff. Use Roundup."
He should remember the horrible reaction he had to poison ivy growing in the exact same area outside our fence two years ago.
This really is 100% on him.
